Shipping policy

In-store Pickup

Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your in-store pickup order. You will receive confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. You can pickup Monday-Friday between 3-4 pm. 

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at theshop@maryvale.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
